Thành phố xác định đầu tư công tiếp tục giữ vai trò động lực, tập trung đẩy nhanh các dự án trọng điểm như đường vành đai, đường sắt đô thị và 7 cầu sông Hồng. Đồng thời, Hà Nội cũng sẽ thúc đẩy không gian tăng trưởng mới, thu hút đầu tư nước ngoài công nghệ cao và thực thi Luật Thủ đô 2026.
