Ngày 22/7, tại Seoul, Hàn Quốc, Quỹ Hana Namun của Hàn Quốc đã tổ chức Lễ trao giải Văn hóa Gia đình Toàn cầu lần thứ 18. Jung Goo Chang, Thứ trưởng Bộ Phụ nữ và Bình đẳng Gia đình Hàn Quốc, Nguyễn Thị Thái Bình, Tham tán Bộ trưởng Đại sứ quán Việt Nam tại Hàn Quốc, đại diện ban tổ chức và các tổ chức liên quan của Hàn Quốc cũng như hàng trăm gia đình đa văn hóa từ nhiều quốc gia đã tham dự sự kiện.

Lễ trao giải Văn hóa Gia đình Toàn cầu đã được tổ chức gần hai thập kỷ và là sự kiện thường niên. Sự kiện không chỉ tôn vinh những gia đình kiểu mẫu vượt qua sự khác biệt về ngôn ngữ, văn hóa để cùng nhau xây dựng một gia đình hạnh phúc mà còn tích cực truyền tải các giá trị xã hội về chia sẻ, hội nhập và tôn trọng sự đa dạng, đồng thời đề cao lòng khoan dung và đa dạng trong xã hội Hàn Quốc.
